Meet The Team
Our team was founded by two nationally award-winning marketing industry professionals based in Pittsburgh, PA with decades of experience and a track record of success.
Karen Lah and Jessica Fera have managed digital marketing campaigns with budgets ranging from hundreds of dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars, and now use that expertise to provide solutions that drive results for you.
Karen Lah
Principal
Karen is dedicated to helping small businesses thrive by harnessing the power of social media. With a passion for developing creative solutions that drive client success in the digital landscape, Karen has made a significant impact in the industry. Prior to her current role, she spent 30 years as a marketing executive at the NBC affiliate in Pittsburgh. During her tenure, she led the station from last place to first through aggressive marketing campaigns and successfully integrated social media strategies into the overall marketing approach. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with family, traveling to Florida, and exploring all of the amazing regions and foods of Italy. She admits to being an active shoe addict.
Jessica Fera
Principal
A proud South Hills native and Penn State graduate, Jessica spent nearly 20 years at Pittsburgh's NBC affiliate, where she built a career that spanned news, production and marketing. She helped launch and grow the station's digital and social platforms, produced award-winning campaigns for clients, and ultimately helped lead the station's marketing and social media strategy in one of the most intense and competitive news markets in the country. Her work earned both local and national recognition, including Telly Awards and an Emmy nomination.
After stepping away from corporate life to raise her young daughters, Jessica now brings her creative expertise and storytelling experience to helping small businesses shine online.
